Alperen Sengun is a Turkish basketball player who plays for the Houston Rockets in the NBA. He was born in 2002 and started playing basketball at the age of eight. He was drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder with the 16th pick in the 2021 NBA draft, but was traded to the Rockets for two future first-round picks. He won the Turkish League MVP award in 2021 and also represents the Turkish national team.
