The Raptors defeated the 76ers, 108-95 behind Kawhi Leonard’s NBA Playoffs career-high 45 points (16-23 FG, 3-7 3pt FG) tonight in Game 1 of this best-of-7 series. Leonard’s 45 points are the 2nd most points in a Playoffs game in Raptors franchise history (Vince Carter – 50 points on 5/11/01). Leonard is also the 6th player in NBA history to tally at least 45 points, 10 rebounds and 3 made three-pointers in a Playoff game. Also for the Raptors, Pascal Siakam finished with 29 points (12-15 FG, 3-4 3pt FG) and 7 rebounds, while Joel Embiid finished with 16 points and 8 rebounds for the 76ers in the losing effort. The Raptors now lead the series 1-0, with Game 2 set to take place on Monday, April 29th at 8:00 p.m. ET on TNT.
